Solved! KTM Bench identified Bosch MEDC17 ECU failure

One user feedback: I have KTM Bench ECU programmer to test with different ecms

And always with the same message "Bosch MEDC17 (TC1724 /1728 / 1767 / 1782 / 1784 / 1797) Flash identification, entering reprogramming mode failure"

I have tested the same connection with another j2534 interface

And can connect with ecm obviously can't read

the ecu type is 1766.

Attach several images of the Bosch ECU type & its internal pcb, the connection diagram, the error messages:

obdexpress.co.uk engineer solution:

The cpu is tc1767,but you connect as tc1766,so your connection is wrong.
